Membership Terms and Conditions / Agreement

By joining Access Fort Worth, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and Membership Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not complete the membership signup.
1. Membership Eligibility
Membership is available to individuals who meet our membership requirements and who provide accurate and complete information during signup. We may approve, deny, suspend, or terminate membership at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
2. Member Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You understand that some member information, such as your name, contact details, interests, or member profile, may be shared with other members for membership-related purposes if you consent to that sharing.
3. Membership Fees
If membership dues or fees apply, you agree to pay all required amounts on time. Fees, renewal terms, and refund rules, if any, will be shown at signup or in a separate pricing page. We may suspend or cancel membership for nonpayment.
4. Member Conduct
You agree to behave respectfully at meetings, events, online groups, and all other member activities. Harassment, discrimination, abuse, spam, illegal activity, or disruptive conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or termination.
5. Events and Participation
We may host meetings, social events, classes, or other activities. Event dates, locations, speakers, and programs may change without notice. We are not responsible for personal loss, injury, or damage unless required by law.
6. Photos and Videos
We may take photos and videos at events and use them for newsletters, websites, social media, marketing, and other organizational purposes. By attending events, you acknowledge that you may be photographed or recorded. Where required, we may ask for additional consent.
7. Sharing Member Information
You may choose to allow your member information to be shared with other members for networking, directory, community, or event purposes. We will use and share your information according to our Privacy Policy and your selected consent choices.
8. Intellectual Property
All Organization content, branding, materials, logos, and documents are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
9. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your membership according to the process we provide. We may suspend or terminate your membership if you violate this Agreement, fail to pay fees, or act in a way that harms the Organization or its members.
10. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be effective when posted or otherwise communicated to members.
